T-Shirt Size Guide (in cm)

Return Policy for "Open Editions" and "Merch"

These products are printed upon your request by a third party print-provider (Printful) and cannot be returned upon buyers remorse, wrong size/color, etc.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. It is always best to include photos.

Please let me know asap using the Contact form.

Return Policy for Paintings and Numbered Editions

You may return the original artwork within 14 days after receiving it (to the address marked on the package). The price of the artwork will be fully refunded when returned undamaged. Return-shipping costs are on you.

Shipping Problems

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

If something arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package and goods and let me know using the Contact form.

Shipping Time

If you ordered a "print on demand" item (including T-Shirts, Open Editions such as Posters, Prints, etc.), fulfillment generally takes 2-5 days and shipping another 2-9 days depending on the destination.

If the oil-painting you ordered is "fresh off the easel" it will require some time to fully dry before shipping. In that case I will contact you per E-Mail.

Oil paintings and numbered editions are shipped twice a week, specifically on Mondays and Thursdays.

If you ordered several items from the shop, you might get several packages that arrive from different destinations.

Sales Tax and Shipping Fees

If not stated differently on your order, sales tax and shipping fees are included in the price.

Customs Fees

Depending on where you live, customs fees and handling costs are charged additionally.
